Swimming:

Our swimming sessions are held in the Leisure Centre in the Mall Complex in Longford town. Starting in January 2018, we will swim Monday and Thursday evenings between 8-9pm. The cost is €50 for a block of 6 coached pool sessions - either Monday or Thursday. If you choose to swim on both nights, the total will be a reduced rate of €75. Regrettably, swim block payments have to be paid on the first night and pay-as-you-go cannot be facilitated, due to management of cash.

Turbo Training:

The turbo sessions are held in the GAA complex in Newtownforbes each Wednesday evening. Start time is 7.15pm sharp. Turbo is €6 per night or you can choose to pay at the start of the six week turbo block at a reduced rate of €30.

Weekend Cycle:

Our club cycle takes place each weekend on Saturday morning at 9am and Sunday mornings at 10am. We meet at Halfords in the N4 Axis Centre and these cycles are joint cycles with Longford Cycling and Racing club. For insurance reasons you need to be a current club member of either club. It is a requirement that all participants must have front and back lights, mudguards and bright high-vis clothing.

Wednesday Cycle:

Turbo finishes in early spring and structured Club road cycles then begin.

Running:

Starting January 2018 the club will have coached running sessions at Slashers GAA grounds / the canal with trainer Brendan Doyle on Tuesdays 8-9pm. Members are also welcome to join Brendan Doyle running session on Saturday mornings, departing Halford's at 7:30 / 8am (depending on planned weekend run). These runs are timed to allow participants be back to join the Saturday bike session departing at 9am.
