In partnership With Longford Sport partnership announcing our Zero-2-Tri Hero programme for this year. If you've ever had that thought that you'd like to try triathlon but were never sure where to start, this is the perfect place. The Zero-2-Tri Hero programme will take you from complete beginner to completing your first Try-A-Try event. Join other beginners and returning athletes in Swim, Bike and Run training sessions and programmes. Get advice, support and tips from coaches and people that have done it before. No previous experience needed. If you have dipped your toes in the triathlon waters before but didn't keep it up, this is the perfect opportunity to return to triathlon.

Adult Swim Sessions continues this evening in the Corel Leisure Center Swimming Pool at 21:00. These sessions are aimed at all levels from Beginners to Advanced Swimmers. We have coaches for all levels from Beginner to Advanced. Guests are welcome to try-out these sessions and are PAYG at 10 euro per session (Guests can try-out up to 3 sessions before having to commit to the club – per Triathlon Ireland rules). We’re happy to announce our return to Adult Pool Swimming starting on 2nd October 2023 at 21:00 in the Corel Leisure Center Swimming Pool. These sessions will be aimed at all levels from Beginners to Advanced Swimmers. We’ll have a number of coaches focusing on everything from technique to race and open water preparation. This block will run for 7 sessions and will cost €60 up front or €10 PAYG for our members. Guests are welcome to try-out these sessions and are PAYG (Guests can try-out up to 3 sessions before having to commit to the club – per Triathlon Ireland rules). |
